These terms govern your use of the Zak Jewels Expo website and your participation as a visitor or exhibitor. By accessing the website or registering, you agree to these terms.

Registration

• Registration information must be accurate and complete.
• Visitor passes are complimentary for pre-registered guests and are non-transferable.
• Exhibitor applications are subject to review, availability and confirmation by our team.

Exhibitor Obligations

• Exhibitors are responsible for the authenticity and quality of their products.
• Gold must be hallmarked and diamonds sold with recognised certification.
• Stall allotment, tariffs and setup are governed by the exhibitor agreement.

Conduct at the Venue

All attendees must follow venue rules and the organiser’s instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person acting inappropriately or unsafely.

Purchases

All transactions at the expo are directly between the buyer and the exhibitor. The organiser is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for pricing, returns or after-sales service.

Changes to the Event

Dates, venues and participating exhibitors may change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos and imagery, is the property of Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or attendance at the event.
